Objectives of this role:
You will work closely with the Carolinas Regional Manager to support her in the areas of event planning and execution, maintaining and enhancing relationships with partners and sponsors, vendor management, member engagement, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Your training opportunities will include but are not limited to:
Contribute your creative ideas regarding events and processes.Support the marketing team to plan, develop and execute events.Apply marketing concepts to create content for newsletters and social media posts.Coordinate with vendors and partners in a structured and detail-oriented manner.Assist with preparation of reports and budgeting.Support new member requisition by answering questions from interested companies, following up on the inquiries and helping new members set up their accounts in CRM system.Conducting surveys and market research.Other administrative responsibilities relevant to project management and event managementTravels to Greenville, Columbia and Charleston are sometimes required.Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or current student who can work during regular hours.Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful.Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.Understanding of prioritization and efficient allocation of time and resources.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Comfortable with in-person interaction with clients.Strong sense of teamwork and enjoy working in a multicultural environment.Organization skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft office.Proficiency in photography, Photoshop, and graphic design is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in GermanInternational experience (studies abroad, travel, etc.)
