Position Location and Department:
This position is part of our Advancement Department.This position will work at our CCKC office located at 444 Minnesota Ave, Kansas City, KS 66101.Salary Range: $72,000 - $76,000

Strategic Planning:
Guides strategic planning to maintain, strengthen and ensure that adequate systems are in place to maintain quality marketing and communications of services to children and families to donors and stakeholders.Supports The Family Conservancy Strategic Plan and ensures accountability through successful implementation of assigned objectives where applicable.Provides strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization.Prepares an annual budgetary plan for assigned programs based on the agency's strategic plan.Confers with the President/CEO, Vice Presidents and Leadership to coordinate and prioritize planning. Must align financial policies and procedures with agency objectives.Perform problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.Supervisory Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff for the marketing team.Oversees the daily workflow of the team.Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.Observe staff and provide training as needed for support.Will be responsible for budgetary oversight as assigned.Performs other related duties as assigned.Duties/Responsibilities:
Set direction of annual fundraising campaigns, messaging, marketing, and communication plan with the support from the Vice President of Advancement.Develop and execute annual donor engagement plans for year-end campaign donors.Complete annual agency's report.Lead digital media creation.Serve as point of contact for media inquiries, lead earned media efforts, and vendors.Partner with local media and publicationsDocument external interaction and communication.Report agency news via the Agency Headlines documentManage SalesforceMaintain, monitor and update the agency website.Lead the development of online solutions.Develop and oversee online data collection and integration.Develop and manage marketing campaigns to recruit clientsRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.Minimum of five years of marketing or related experience.Experience with programming / software architecture preferred.Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
