Overview
We’re looking for a Specialist II Global Brand Marketing, Women's lifestyle.
This role does Brand Product planning and ordering for all brand initiatives, as an arm of Brand Management on the women lifestyle team.
The candidate needs to have sharp attention to detail, a desire to learn and master our product heritage and innovation and a positive mindset and strong team spirit.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with the women lifestyle brand management team, performing the following:
Learning and understanding the seasonal product priorities based on our CODE gates and alignment.
Keeping track of product changes between planning phase and finalization phase.
Ordering product for seeding purposes on seasonal basis.
Ordering product for brand photo shoots every season.
Attending Photoshoot for product support and subsequent product return.
Partnering with product team (PLMs) for product accuracy in brand consumer facing work.
Supporting project/campaign leads and gaining marketing acumen from project support.
Assisting managers and directors on their projects at a brand management level, and getting exposure and an understanding of how our Brand functions work.
A typical day/week looks like: attendance of all CODE brand management meetings, seasonal planning for future campaigns and learning product details from the Product and Merch teams.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be working directly with the managers and directors on the lifestyle team, partnering on various projects with your product expertise. You will report directly to the senior director of women lifestyle.
WHAT YOU BRING
+1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Production
Self-starter and entrepreneurial
Autonomous, proactive work management style
An understanding of media and digital platforms
Phenomenal relationship building skills
Outstanding task management across multiple work streams with attention to details
An understanding of sport styling and culture
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, flexing between senior leadership communication and more detailed functional communication
Problem solving skills (identification, scenario development, action)
Experience and/or passion for the lifestyle/streetwear world
Knowledge of the NYC and/or LA market + consumer approaches would be a plus
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
