Are you passionate about E-Commerce? As an Account Specialist, you'll collaborate with our team to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Amazon, ensuring the right products are supported with effective marketing and promotional activities. This vital role within the Sales Department focuses on creating and implementing revenue-boosting retail marketing programs. You will help shape the vision and take the necessary steps to bring it to life. The work is challenging, but we learn from our experiences and love what we do. You'll be empowered to think differently, try new approaches, and inspire creativity through our innovative products. Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or related areas with up to five years of experience in Ecommerce management or digital marketing, preferably with CPG background in Amazon 1P/3P environment including work with Amazon Ads, SEO, Vendor Central.
Intermediate to advanced analytics, digital/e-commerce and omni-commerce knowledge.
strong analytical skills and comfort level working with data to create actionable insights.
Proficiency in managing cross-function teams in a variety of corporate functions including sales, marketing, product management, creative services, and manufacturing/production.

Responsibilities
Work together on planning, developing, and implementing trade marketing strategies and promotions for Amazon.
Collaborate with the Director of Ecomm Sales on Amazon goals, strategy, and growth tactics.
Identify and communicate Amazon product, promotion, and merchandising opportunities.
Provide strategic direction and Amazon insights for new projects.
Monitor sales trends, promotions, consumer reviews, assortment, pricing, and industry analysis.
Prepare and deliver presentations at customer meetings and trade shows.
Act as the central contact for trade marketing and Amazon-specific projects.
Lead optimization of the Amazon product catalog, including product pipeline, launch support, and promotional activities.
Implement A/B testing to refine ad copy, creative, and targeting parameters.
Identify market gaps and develop new product opportunities.
Ensure accurate and optimized product content.
Monitor and fix catalog issues and ensure competitive pricing.
Plan and maintain a calendar of promotions and deals.
Recap and evaluate promotions to maximize ROI.
Help manage the budget for promotional and trade marketing activities.
Advise and direct Amazon advertising and sponsored search campaigns for strong ROI.
Improve consumer experience and engagement on Amazon.
Partner with Marketing on influencer campaigns and national media efforts.
Manage campaigns to meet goals like advertising efficiency, profitability, sales growth, and brand awareness.
