The
Product Marketing Manager, Network Product & Programs
primary responsibility is to drive demand and engagement to Network Products and Programs. This role has responsibility for being a strategic partner to product team implementing go-to market strategies, developing marketing and sales enablement tools, creating strategic marketing solutions for our business growth and network teams
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

Work with Business Growth programs, Network product teams to provide strategic marketing insights from inception through development of new products; collaborate with Sr. Product Marketing Manager in developing comprehensive annual marketing strategies and plans.Develop and oversee execution of comprehensive B2B marketing and communication plans, including collaboration with internal stakeholders to articulate key value propositions to deliver specific KPIs and defined outcomes such as growth in sales, sign-ups, adoption and ongoing engagement.Help drive demand and engagement for existing and new products with creative and innovative marketing practices that represent the voice of the customer to support established outcomes and KPI’s.Develop integrated communication plans, positioning and messaging to drive awareness and adoption of products both internally and externally.Brief and direct creative teams to craft and deliver compelling messages across marketing channels. Work with project coordinator for the development of product marketing materials; including collateral for print, email, web, events, social media, and video.Identify and prioritize key opportunities and areas of focus, develop sales enablement tools using customer insights to develop segment-specific solutions and compelling value propositions to solve customer pain points.Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and projects with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, engineering, product design and network.Gather and analyze competitive market information.Funnel customer feedback and knowledge of market opportunities into the B2B Product Teams, champion new products within the team to drive customer product adoption.
Educational and Skills Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field3+ years of related work experience in marketing roleProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAdobe Creative Suite a plusExcellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skillsAbility to work across functions and departmentsExcellent project management skillsStrong communication skillsKeen eye for detailForward thinking, curious, and creativeAware of current business trend knowledgeStrong skills in inspiring the win-win-winAbility to work independentlyTravel Requirements:
Infrequent travel may be required to attend company events (1-3 trips per year).Travel will be entirely domestic.Type/Nature of Contacts:
Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with managers and executives outside of the job’s immediate work unit/department.External: Contact with Virtuoso members, partners, and outside vendors.
