Mission
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering on assigned sales targets related to company products and services in line with the annual IBA Radio Pharma Solutions strategy, sales plan, margin objective, and company ethical standards to guarantee full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Challenges we trust you with
- Achieve assigned sales and margin targets within new clients in each territory.
- Negotiate best deals in accordance with the pricing strategy and business ethics.
- Influence, convince, and negotiate with client representatives at high levels, including C-level executives (CFO, CEO, COO).
- Track activities and customer information in CRM database (Sales Force/Business Express); ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders: customers, prospects, B2B contacts, and key opinion leaders.
- Maintain up-to-date clinical and technical knowledge, communicate to customers/prospects, contribute to market intelligence, and report adverse events regarding products to regulatory bodies.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and internal departments to ensure product/service availability and timely delivery. Build a network of agents and form a selling team.
- Stay informed about clinical, regulatory, and technical developments; monitor market trends and competition; align solutions with market needs.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
What We Value
You have:
- 10-15 years of relevant successful sales experience in complex high-tech products, ideally within cyclotron, radiopharmacy, or Nuclear Medicine sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in French is an asset but not required.

- Able to identify high-quality prospects, conduct discovery, understand customer needs, and qualify leads.
- Skilled at building relationships, networking, and developing professional contacts.
- Client-oriented with a focus on voice-of-customer for effective sales.
- Stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and capable of driving urgency.
- Excellent time management skills, able to multitask and travel.
- Proficient in discussing and negotiating with key accounts at the executive level.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and clients.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take responsibility.
- Able to lead relevant initiatives.
Compensation And Benefits
The approximate annual base salary range is $78,200 – 103,000 USD, influenced by location, skills, experience, and education. Additional incentives may include bonuses, profit sharing, commissions, and benefits.
