Brand Manager, Global Brand Development & Marketing Hybrid | Full-Time We’re looking for an innovative, detail-driven Brand Manager to join our Global Brand Development & Marketing team and lead product development and marketing for one of our most iconic franchises. About the Role As a Brand Manager, you’ll collaborate across a wide range of teams including Design, Packaging, Engineering, Demand Planning, Digital Marketing, Global Insights, and more to bring consumer-centric, innovative toys to market. You’ll drive product development, line planning, go-to-market strategy, and marketing initiatives to grow our global brand presence. We’re seeking someone who brings a mix of creativity, business acumen, and a deep understanding of consumers especially kids and fans of action brands. A successful candidate is proactive, collaborative, and energized by both strategy and execution. What You’ll Do Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and launch compelling, profitable products. Use consumer insights, competitive research, and market trends to shape strategic product decisions. Partner with regional marketing teams to align global initiatives with local market needs. Own forecasting and data entry processes, ensuring accuracy across internal systems. Analyze sales and marketing performance data to inform brand decisions. Deliver high-impact presentations to internal teams and retail partners. Guide marketing and merchandising activities in line with category goals. Champion the development and execution of go-to-market strategies. What We’re Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field 5+ years of experience in brand management, product development, or consumer marketing Strong communication and presentation skills Analytical mindset with experience in tools like POS and NPD data systems Creative thinker with a passion for connecting with consumers Comfortable managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field Experience with entertainment brands, especially in the action or preschool categories A finger on the pulse of today’s play and toy trends Natural relationship builder and collaborator Entrepreneurial mindset with both creative and financial aptitude Ready to Transform Your Career?
