Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.We are hiring an innovative Marketing Operations Analyst to launch, track, and measure the success of various marketing campaigns in key marketing systems.The ideal candidate is experienced with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and can support our team as we create a single source of truth for reporting on all marketing activities and programs.Impact is a fast-paced environment, where quality work is performed every day with people who are passionate about what they do, managing one-off tasks and long-term projects. The Corporate Marketing team consists of creative and data-centric professionals including designers, writers, social media analysts, event coordinators, and digital communication specialists.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day technical aspects of key marketing systems (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ZoomInfo, 6sense) used to generate, distribute, and report on leadsMaintain subscription center and lead segmentations according to best practices for email marketingCreate Hubspot backfill campaigns to improve data for marketing attribution reportingEstablish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead managementCreate and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities tracking engagement and business impactProactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testingMonitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices. Utilize A/B testing to “test and learn” while driving a culture of continuous improvementProvide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurementsAssist in developing robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoringWork with Digital Innovation team to produce and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact in a cohesive dashboardEvaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performanceBecome the go-to for CRM processes. Work with Marketing Operations Manager to build documentationBuild audience lists for various channels and campaignsAssist in developing and reporting on KPI's for marketing performanceAd-hoc reporting for different marketing channelsStay up to date on relevant data privacy laws and important changes in the marketing tech ecosystemReview former campaigns to understand strategy and determine areas of strength and weakness to help design future campaignsThings We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent work experience2 years' of hands-on, day-to-day experience with MAP (ideally HubSpot) as a super adminStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI preferredGreat follow-through and follow-upAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyInitiative - When you see a problem or area that needs improvement, you act on it!A data-driven mindset - You never make a decision without pulling reports, tracking results, and analyzing data so that you can determine the best way to proceedBenefits:- Expected Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience15 days of PTO12+ paid holidaysFlexible Sick Day PolicyPaid Parental LeaveComprehensive Health, Disability, Life, Dental, and Vision Plans401(K) discretionary match & retirement plansContinued education reimbursementOngoing training & development opportunitiesJoin us at Impact, and be a part of our dynamic, innovative team!
