Creditors Rights Attorney

A law firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking a skilled Creditor's Rights Attorney who will manage and represent clients in creditor's rights cases. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of consumer credit collections, state laws concerning consumer collections in Florida, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
