Summary:The Content Marketing Coordinator will be key in planning, creating, and coordinating various content marketing initiatives. You will monitor product arrivals, develop engaging content, and handle the inventory and distribution of promotional materials. Your creativity and organizational skills will be vital in advancing our brand. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and goals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strong communicator, and detail-oriented project manager. Candidate must live in Phoenix area, position is not remote. We are not accepting agency submissions at this time.Responsibilities & DutiesContent Creation:Develop and curate engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and the company website.Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to create compelling multimedia content.Maintain a content calendar to manage publication schedules and deadlines.Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.Content Management Responsibilities:Dropbox: Organize content folders, manage access permissions, and regularly back up files.YouTube: Upload videos, optimize metadata, organize playlists, and engage with the community.Vimeo: Manage video uploads, privacy settings, and performance tracking.Hard Drive & Shared Folders: Maintain organized digital asset libraries, coordinate content updates, and perform regular backups.Other Tools: Use project management tools to track content deadlines, ensure compliance with brand guidelines, and align content strategies.Event Planning and Execution:Plan and execute content for nationwide brand activations, trade shows, and events, ensuring brand consistency and messaging. Coordinate logistics, content setup, staffing, and promotional materials.Plan and execute events such as product launches to engage with customers and showcase productsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
