Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Studio Gang is actively seeking an experienced licensed Interior Designer to collaborate with and support our diverse group of thinkers, designers, architects, and project leaders on a wide range of projects.This team member will work with the Studio’s Design Principal and Team to create interior environments that cohesively support the design goals of multiple projects. The Studio’s interiors team advances interior architecture for civic, cultural, institutional, office, and residential buildings at various scales. This role functions as a pivotal part of the team designing from the inside out to create inviting, inclusive spaces for people and communities to enjoy.The ideal candidate will be excited to engage our iterative design process, collaborate with team members and external stakeholders, and contribute to our cohesive approach unifying interiors and exteriors. They should be detail-oriented, highly adept at verbal, written and graphic communication, curious, and thoughtful.Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:Implementing and testing of design concepts.Developing palettes, mood boards, and imagery for internal and external stakeholders.Researching, selecting, and specifying materials and furniture.Developing interior design details and finishes.Researching and identifying strategic partnerships and collaborations for pursuits, including facilitating introductions to new engineers and consultants.Producing diagrams, space plans, furniture layouts, elevations and details at each phase of the design process.Building and maintaining close relationships with clients and vendors and providing solutions specific to their needs.Requirements:NCIDQ certification requiredMinimum of 5 years’ experience as licensed interior designer with specific experience in FF&E selection and procurement.Extensive experience with interior architectural drawings and documentation on a variety of project types (e.g., cultural, institutional, higher-ed, multi-family residential).Knowledge of interior design detailing, millwork, contract furniture and interior finishes.Ability to lead FF&E design and selection process, write furniture specifications, and produce FF&E RFPs for dealer selection.Experience coordinating FF&E planning and execution.Proficiency with drafting and 3-D rendering software (Rhino, AutoCAD, Revit) as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills are required.Benefits and Compensation

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $75,000 – $110,000 per year. Final compensation will be commensurate with experience.
