Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in the Washington, DC area. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in a multifaceted role working in collaboration with business leaders across CGS capabilities.
Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing Manager, you will:Ownership of CGS enterprise marketing, branding, events and communications initiativesDevelop and execute a strategic marketing plan with the growth/sectors and capability teamsServe as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior leaders in identifying and executing strategy for effective marketing solutions.Have in-depth knowledge of industry events, conferences, and a mix of marketing tacticsManage and oversee relevant policy and procedures, including social media, external media inquiries, communications, etc.Manage and coordinate social and external media, CGS website, LinkedIn, etc.Manage CGS marketing and external communications, including:
Maintenance of CGS memberships, associations, event sponsorships, including maintaining budgets, marketing follow up actions, etc.Event logistics, coordination of vendors, promo’s, ads, write-ups and budgets, invoicing, collateral, demos, invitations, SMEs/Speakers, registrations, etc.External / Industry awardsExternal media requests and/or campaigns
Manage CGS internal marketing and communications, including:
Newsletter and other internal communications/events (both CGS and North America)
Support sales enablement including BD/proposal/sales training and developing/editing papers, as neededRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalentU.S. citizenship requiredMinimum 6 years (or equivalent) communications and marketing experience, including communications, website management, branding, press releases, social media and SEO experienceExcellent project management, events planning, organizational skills and experience managing marketing projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including editing skillsExperience developing and managing marketing content in PowerPoint decks tailored to market and client capabilities for presentationsMotivated, self-starterAbility and desire to work in a fast paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environmentLife at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
