The ABM Manager is part of the core marketing team of Techwish. This role will be based in the US.This role will lead all the marketing efforts at the local US level and will involve various aspects of Account Based Marketing, Geo marketing including Events Participation, Branding, Public Relations, Webinars, Advertisements, Conducting workshops, and Marketing events for Clients and Prospects.This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to drive consumer awareness and preference, increase market share, and build broader portfolio and brand awareness.Education And Experience

Required:

Graduation/ Masters from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 5-10 years experience in the Account Based Marketing role of a B2B IT/ Technology firm. The ideal candidate would have worked with Global technology firms with India as one of the locations.Roles & Responsibilities

Owning the Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiative for TechWish Clients.Engaging with the TechWish US Sales team to finalize the Account focused marketing activities required to help increase growth in the respective accounts.Client-facing role involving regular interactions with Clients, Sales team, Marketing team, Event Partners, Conference hosts, etc.Hosting Webinars, Town Halls, Fireside Chats, Fun Activities, and Events at the Client site or in the TechWish office.Designing and running Newsletter Campaigns, targeted Email Campaigns, Client Take Away kits, Marketing Kits, etc.Helping the Sales team target relevant profiles in the respective accounts and engage them through various marketing campaigns.Conducting and managing Sales led events across US geography.Being the single point of contact for the Sales team for any marketing requirements.Being the custodian of brand guidelines and implementing them across the US geography.Conducting research to find relevant events and conferences happening across the US related to our business practices.Sponsoring key events, engaging with the event manager to set up the booth, and ensuring brand presence during the event.Managing leads generated during events and roadshows.Participating in client calls to address any marketing needs of sales.Leading the webinars for US-based clients/prospects.Preparing Marketing and corporate decks for any changes as required by the sales team.Creating reports of various marketing campaigns online/offline conducted in the US and presenting to the Marketing and Sales head.Managing the digital handles of US geography for engaging with relevant clients.Engaging with the Analyst community, Industry Associations, and Media houses to get company visibility in the US.Proactively reaching out to relevant US awards, recognitions, and ranking firms to enhance Techwish visibility.Assisting the India team in implementing marketing and branding campaigns across the US.Supporting the sales team with their marketing expectations in collaboration with the India team.
