on behalf of Spotify Podcasts & Audiobooks to consistently execute community management and content management strategies across platforms. You will report to the (Associate Director, Content & Engagement) and work closely with Creative Directors, Arts Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists.More specifically, the

Social Media Manager

will be responsible for:Consistently engaging communities onlineIdentifying new communities within which to insert ourselvesPublishing content across platforms, ensuring that content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the client brand’s objectives before hitting sendSeeking out real-time reactive content opportunities in which to insert and grow the brandHelping us maintain a strategically sound and holistic content calendar that aligns with brand objectives.In this role, you will work closely with Content & Engagement Managers, Content Editors, Copywriters, Designers, and other relevant teams to ensure a seamless execution of an effective content publishing and engagement process.KEY FOCUS AREAS

Community Management :This will be the highest-priority focus area. You seek to provide value to individuals in the most natural way possible by regularly engaging with social media users across accounts’ social media platforms. You’ll also support the content sourcing, execute the posting, and execute strategic community interactions, in addition to serving as a liaison between client and community for specific customer service inquiries and questions and real-time updates on our community management wins and learnings. You are closely in tune with the overall social conversation, and can quickly identify trends, and engagement opportunities to insert the brand in.Content Coordination and Management : Collaborate with Content & Engagement team members, Content Editors, Copywriters, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to plan and organize the content publishing schedule. Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and style to ensure high-quality standards and ensure all content aligns with the company's branding guidelines, voice, and messaging.Platform Management : Maintain channel best practices when publishing and updating content across client-specific platforms to optimize visibility and reach.Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of content management systems, digital publishing tools, and related technologies. You also have the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to content publishing and collaborate with IT teams if necessary.Content Formatting and Enhancement : You’ll be responsible for formatting content appropriately for online consumption, considering readability, visual appeal, and user experience along with enhancing content with relevant images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia elements.Compliance and Copyright : Ensure that all published content adheres to copyright and intellectual property regulations. You will also be required to stay updated with industry trends, digital publishing best practices, and relevant legal requirements.Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with Creative, Project Management, and Account teams to align content publishing with overall marketing strategies. You will also communicate with different teams to gather the necessary information and assets for content creation and publication.Quality Control : Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that published content is error-free and meets the highest quality standards.
