Web Content Specialist will be an expert in website and content localization best practices, assisting the Web Operations team delivering web projects within a fast-paced organization.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working on multiple projects at a time, communicating with local stakeholders and vendors, and has an understanding of web and localization fundamentals.You will experience and contribute to:Hands-on content preparation for localization and web production.CMS migration, website redesign, and translation memory tool implementation.Working with multiple stakeholders and agencies globally on exciting and high-impact projects.Required Experience:BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of website or content experience, preferably in the B2B.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills.Experience with traditional and headless CMS, like Drupal and Contentful.A detail-oriented approach to content management and an ability to also keep an eye on the big picture.Ability to work in a highly collaborative and team-focused environment with diverse, global, and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.Excellent organizational and project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.Knowledge of collaboration tools and systems (Google Suite, Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Zoom).Familiarity and interest in foreign languages or a multicultural background, with knowledge of the nuances and technical complexities of other languages and regional business markets, is a plus.Familiarity with website content localization best practices and CAT tools (like Memsource and WordFast) is a plus.
