This position works under the direction of the Graphic Design Manager to translate our brand strategy into compelling creative assets across all relevant marketing channels both in and out of store.

Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the production of the main ad as directed by the Senior Production Artist as well as auxiliary ads (3-day sales, pop up sales, direct mail, etc)

Assist in the production of Ecomm- digital files (i.e. HBC-GM ads, misc. digital ads, digital coupons, etc.)

Design content-driven print projects (direct mail, posters, zipline graphics, etc)

Create info boxes & mockups as directed

Lead digital design process including

ADA compliance in the digital space

Creating motion graphics

Liaison with digital content team, website team to create quality, impactful graphics as needed

Manage non item price content on digital circular including video content and promotional graphics

Manages multiple projects, prioritizes and meets tight print deadlines on a routine basis

Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Thorough understanding of layout fundamentals

Able to work independently with minimal instruction

Team-oriented, dedicated, self-motivated, and collaborative

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or equivalent apps.

3-5 years of experience in graphic design required, preferably in a retail setting
