We are seeking a talented and motivated marketing and sales administrator to join our team in Chaska, MN. If you have around 2 years of experience in a marketing and sales support role, along with skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Web Design, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career. Wage:
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

Duties of the marketing and sales administrator:
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets
Coordinate the preparation of sales proposals and responses to requests for information, including budget pricing
Ensure budget and firm proposals are presented professionally and consistently
Act as a contact for external sales reps and ensure sales leads are tracked in the CRM
Coordinate marketing activities, including trade shows, social media, and website management
Requirements of the marketing and sales administrator:
Approximately 2 years of experience in a marketing and sales support role
Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; Web Design experience is a plus
Flexibility to travel about 5% of the time to attend and coordinate trade shows
