Job Description***Only qualified Associate Creative Director candidates located near the Bothell, WA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
As an Associate Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the creative vision and execution for various digital projects. You will lead a team of designers and copywriters, ensuring that the work aligns with the strategic goals of the business while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.
Qualifications:• Strong digital portfolio• Telecomm experience a plus• Experience with Aftereffects, 3D and video a plus• 5-7 years minimum advertising agency or in-house agency digital experience• Bachelor's degree in design, art direction, art, communications, marketing or equivalent experience• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe the Creative Suite• Experienced in working with supplied key art• Knowledge of page layout in Figma• Strong typography skills, composition skills and color sense• Understanding of technical limitations and emerging technologies• Flourishes in a lively, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines• Highly organized and be able to juggle multiple projects• Precise attention to detail• Strong verbal communication skills necessary to effectively communicate concepts and solutions• Proven experience leading a team of copywriters and designers
