Position Summary
The Podcast Platform Student Worker will assist in managing and optimizing the Augustine Institute's podcast channels. Responsibilities include audio editing, uploading episodes, optimizing content for podcast directories, scheduling episodes, and monitoring podcast engagement. This role is essential for ensuring that our podcast content aligns with the Augustine Institute's mission and effectively reaches our audience.
QualificationsCurrent full-time AI on-site student in good standingStrong English language, editing, and writing skills
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in audio editing software and tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition)Ability to schedule content and manage podcast platforms effectivelyStrong understanding of podcast directories (e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify) and podcast analyticsKnowledge of best practices for podcast production and distributionExperience with MS365 (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to consistently demonstrate the Augustine Institute's core values including:

Physical Demands
