Position Summary

In the Marketing Operations Manager role, you will coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to build a picture of targeted processes and systems. A key element in executing this role is the ability to create statistical and mathematical models of real-world processes. Use Five9 and Salesforce to support the growth of the marketing team. Success in this role is demonstrated by the effective implementation of changes and significant improvement in the efficiency of operations

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similarMinimum of 2 years of experience in operations analysis or similar fieldsExceptional communication and coordination skills3 years of experience with Five9 and SalesforceStrong multitasking and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in the use of MS Office, and statistical and database applicationsEffective time managementDetail-orientedStrong critical and analytical thinking skillsPreferred: Experience in Call Center and/or Health Insurance, Salesforce ExperienceBenefits
