Team Overview

We are a team of audience insights specialists that play a crucial role in understanding and analyzing audience behavior and preferences. As experts in data analysis, we gather valuable insights to help our clients make informed decisions and develop effective marketing strategies, utilizing the industry's most robust dataset in Omnicom's proprietary platform - Omni. We're looking for curious colleagues, who enjoy learning more about data, insights tools, and meeting the ever-changing needs of the industry.

Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Audience & Data Strategy will function as a data and audience strategy expert. This role as an audience SME will support the strategy and activation teams in applying audience best practices to client marketing briefs. A portion is a consulting layer focused on working closely with cross-agency colleagues and continually reviewing audience and insights capabilities and maintain expert knowledge of these capabilities as they apply to our partners' needs. Additionally, this role will have primary responsibility for audience creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer insights through audience creation, digital journeys, and other strategic outputs from our insights applications
  • Manage projects from briefing through client-ready deliverables with line manager and/or senior agency leadership
  • Deliver strategic consultation to agency client teams, advising agencies on best practices and how to best leverage our tools to enable better outcomes for their clients
Required Skills And Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience at a media agency, marketing analytics firm, or in a quantitative, data-driven field
  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, information management, communications, social sciences or business-related fields
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, 1/2/3 party data, audience creation techniques, and media strategy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must
  • Creative and strategic thinker who is willing to take risks and challenge the status quo
  • Strong leader who can demonstrate problem solving and independent decision-making
  • Ability to clearly explain complex ideas to various audiences with differing levels of technical expertise

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$91,000-$130,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
