Summary
As the Audio Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance across National Terrestrial, Streaming, and Podcasting. Primary responsibilities include assisting the Senior Associate with overall execution and management of media efforts for assigned clients including planning, negotiating, providing cost/ratings estimates and relationship development. This position requires the development of negotiation skills and understanding of client needs and corporate trade business models.

Responsibilities
- Inputting contracts and utilizing various platforms for both digital and broadcast campaigns.
- Trafficking creatives for digital and broadcast campaigns to maintain the quality of buys.
- Assisting with posting, traffic issues, reviewing contracts, inputting goals, inputting TV & Radio buys, filing, setting up buy folders, maintaining Flight Charts, tracking BBM/Nielsen ratings, upgrading broadcast schedules, and generating Infosys and Airware runs.
- Completing tasks assigned by Account Managers and Supervisors.
- Attending and actively participating in scheduled team meetings, vendor/publisher meetings, and training sessions.
- Working closely with the Media Coordinator to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Managing broadcast and digital reporting to identify any potential budget issues or variances.
- Flagging any potential issues with budget or contract variances.
- Begin to educate themselves about the industry and the client's business
- Assisting in the administrative tasks related to the management of digital and broadcast campaigns.
- Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience
- Applicable internship experience in a media or advertising agency
- A specific interest in Audio, particularly in the growth of Streaming and Podcasting
- Excellent Time Management (Intermediate) skills including Planning (Intermediate), Organizational (Intermediate) and priority setting skills with the ability to work under pressure (Intermediate)
- Detail (Intermediate) oriented with demonstrated Problem Solving (Intermediate) ability
- Presentation (Intermediate) skills an asset
- Superior Communication (Intermediate) skills (written and oral) and customer service orientation (Intermediate)
- Strong PC skills required (Excel (Intermediate), Word (Intermediate), and Powerpoint (Intermediate)).

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$45,000-$45,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
