News-Gazette Media, based in Champaign, Ill., is seeking a community-minded journalist to write, edit and paginate The County Star, a weekly publication that covers central and southern Champaign County.

This full-time job, with benefits, is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or aspiring journalist to begin his or her career.

Responsibilities:

1. Write and edit articles for The County Star.
2. Paginate the weekly publication.
3. Collaborate with news staff across all platforms.
