We are in search of a Marketing Director to become a part of our team. This role is integral in leading our marketing operations across various industries like semiconductor, aerospace, medical devices, and more. Although the role will primarily be remote, it will necessitate occasional travel to connect with the individual companies.
Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the creation and management of multi-channel campaigns to drive high-quality leads, encompassing areas like content marketing, digital advertising, SEO, email, and social media.
• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies with a focus on growth, demand generation, and customer acquisition.
• Take charge in building, leading, and scaling the marketing department, which includes the hiring and development of new talent.
• Carry out market research and competitive analysis to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for conferences, including booth setup, marketing materials, meetings, etc.
• Implement data-driven marketing tactics to test, measure, and refine strategies for maximum impact.
• Utilize marketing tools, such as Zoominfo, Thomasnet, etc., to enhance marketing efforts.
• Regularly analyze and report key performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Optimize the sales funnel to increase conversion rates at every stage, ensuring high-quality lead flow and nurturing.
• Present regular reports to senior leadership on marketing performance and strategic recommendations.• Proven experience as a Marketing Director, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in utilizing Content Management System (CMS) for marketing purposes.
• Extensive experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Ability to effectively leverage Facebook Insights for marketing strategies.
• Skilled in Google AdWords for online advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic and user engagement.
• Proven ability to create, manage, and evaluate advertisements.
• Demonstrated experience in enhancing brand awareness in the market.
• Skilled in campaign planning and execution across various marketing channels.
• Experience in managing marketing collateral, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies and techniques.
