We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team and manage our social media channels. This role offers the opportunity to shape our brand's voice and increase engagement through innovative content and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and increase engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, posts, videos, and blog posts, to share on social media.
  • Monitor social media conversations, comments, and messages to engage with followers and respond to inquiries.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and growth, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to incorporate new techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between social media and overall marketing campaigns.
  • Help develop social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and ad creative.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and other campaigns to engage with the community.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency in messaging and posting frequency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative approach to content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) for creating social media assets.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize social media strategy.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for staying ahead of social media trends and industry developments.
