As CMBDO, you will spearhead strategic marketing and business development initiatives that align with the firm’s vision and goals. We are looking for a visionary leader with the ability to elevate the firm's brand, enhance client engagement, and ensure continued success in a competitive landscape. In this role, you will collaborate closely with leadership on strategic planning, manage a high-performing marketing and business development team, and take charge of the marketing budget and vendor relationships. Your proven track record in professional services and legal marketing—combined with your strong executive presence and deep understanding of marketplace trends—will be integral to your success in this position. Key responsibilities will include: Driving the firm's marketing and business development plan. Leading client retention and growth strategies. Fostering collaboration across the organization. Providing clear leadership and establishing credibility with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, a strong work ethic, and adaptability in navigating ambiguity. Willingness to travel as needed is essential.
