As the Senior Marketing Manager at Reichert, you will lead our global communication strategy, focusing on digital marketing to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and support strategic goals. You will promote our organization and products through engaging digital content that improves conversion rates and aligns with our global marketing plan.
The Senior Marketing Manager will:
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Service teams to effectively target and communicate with customers and markets.
- Interact with partners and external resources to enhance marketing efforts.
- Report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
- Manage the company brand and reputation.
- Develop and execute global communications strategy.
- Maximize ROI through budget management.
- Lead content creation to engage audiences and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, and digital marketing activities.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns and workflows using marketing automation software.
- Develop marketing plans, including promotional calendars and new product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new media tactics.
- Manage external partners and suppliers.
- Leverage AI tools for marketing automation, data analysis, and customer insights.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws.
- Use data analytics to drive decisions and measure effectiveness.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, and CMS.
- Exhibit strong communication and leadership skills.
- Stay adaptable and innovative.
Senior Marketing Manager Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or technology.
- Strong interest and aptitude for technical subject matter.
- Leadership experience in an industrial B2B market.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience (SEO, SEM, social media, display advertising).
- Knowledge of digital paid media, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo), and a data-driven approach.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and conversion metrics.
- Familiarity with core CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, MCAE).
- Experience with social media management and optimization platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Hands-on experience with brand website management, social media marketing, SEO, user-generated content, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and openness to constructive critique.
