The Top Shelf:
Reporting to the Manager, Creative Services & Event Presentation, the Coordinator, Creative Services will play a vital role in brand development for the IceHogs. Ther Coordinator, Creative Services will primarily be responsible for content creation and storytelling across multiple forms of media.
How You'll Contribute:Conceptualize and create best in class content (videos, motion graphics, still graphics) for Event Presentation (video boards & ribbon boards), Marketing & Advertising, Sales Collateral, and other platformsDesign unique and engaging event presentation contentDesign advertising materials, including TV spots and digital media advertisementsDesign sales collateral, brochures and flyers for Ticketing, Corporate Partnership, Merchandise, and other DepartmentsDesign in-arena display panel mock-ups for Corporate Sales DepartmentCollaborate with Marketing department to annually develop or update the IceHogs brand style guide and handbookCapture, edit, and archive content from all home games, player appearances, and other eventsShoot, edit, and develop unique and creative player content.Assist in taking and editing product shots of merchandiseAssist with Event Presentation, Marketing and Ticketing Departments when needed, and other duties as assignedPlayer Stats and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic/visual arts or other similar discipline2+ years' experience in video content creation, graphic design, and motion graphic designExperience in shooting video with cinema-style camera (ex. Canon C200) or DSLR cameras (with tripod and hand-held) to include optimal lighting and audio arrangementExperience in creating original concepts including scripts, storyboards, and other creative elementsStrong leadership and collaboration skillsKnowledge of current sports market design trendsCreative, enthusiastic, and excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail requiredExperience with Adobe Creative Suite

The Rockford IceHogs, founded in 1999 and members of the American Hockey League (AHL), is a premier organization and primary development affiliate of the Chicago Blackhawks. Located in Rockford, IL, the Team calls the newly renovated BMO Center its home.
