Develop and implement effective and creative demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets.Lead, manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, across digital and events.Design and execute ABM campaigns that effectively target, engage and convert specific accounts and buying groups.Utilize a multi-channel approach, including paid advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events, to drive lead generation and nurturing.Collaborate with your marketing peers, sales, CX and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales goals.Analyze and report on the performance of demand generation activities, using data to optimize campaigns and strategies.Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in B2B marketing and ensure their implementation in our marketing efforts.Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.What You’ll Bring
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation for SaaS businesses.Minimum two+ years of experience leading a team.Hands-on style with a proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM strategies.Extensive experience with elongated sales cycles and complex buying processes.Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including paid advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.Experience with account segmentation and persona-based marketing.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing a marketing team of two individuals.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Salesforce, Hubspot and Demandbase a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including executive comms.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.What we are looking for from the heart:
