Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful field marketing campaigns in the IT space across in-person and virtual events. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Corporate Marketing, and technical subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Development: Engage with Sales and Corporate Marketing to design and execute field marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Event Planning and Management: Plan, coordinate, budget, and manage industry events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing activities both locally and regionally.
• Procurement: Work with local and national vendors to procure event-supporting components such as venues, accommodations, etc.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to develop compelling marketing materials, including presentations, pre-and post-event communications, etc.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, technical subject matter experts, and Corporate Marketing teams to align field marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Fund Management: Manage MDF/BDF funds and complete documentation submission for payment and/or reimbursement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field
· 3+ years’ experience in field marketing B2B solutions and services
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with in-person, virtual, and hybrid event planning.
· Preferred experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Adobe CC, etc.
Willingness to travel as needed for events and meetings
