Job Description The Senior Product Manager, PKU Marketing, will lead key customer programming for the US PKU Marketing team, supporting initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients. Responsibilities include managing speaker bureaus, conferences, KOL engagement, developing marketing materials, and managing agency partnerships. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement strategies aligned with business goals.
Essential Duties and Job Functions
Develop content for HCP and Patient speaker bureaus, including branded and unbranded materials.
Lead speaker bureau training and communications.
Manage operations and logistics of speaker bureaus, including budget and contracts.
Ensure scientifically accurate and compelling presentations.
Plan and execute congress activities and advisory boards.
Collaborate with HCP and Patient leads for communication and marketing strategies.
Develop marketing materials across channels ensuring compliance.
Contribute to strategic documents and tactical planning for opinion leader programming.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies.
Background
Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and disciplines.
Strategic thinker with an innovative approach and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in pharma/biotech marketing, especially in rare diseases.
Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations affecting marketing materials.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills.
Project management experience including timelines and budgets.
Ability to analyze complex problems and lead action plans.
Team-oriented with good travel flexibility (up to 30%).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in rare diseases preferred.
Advanced degree in marketing, science, or related fields preferred.
Proven success in advisory boards, brand development, and commercial strategies.
