Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and enrollment strategy aligned with Regina's mission and vision.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management:
Develop data-driven marketing and admissions plans aligned with school goals.Lead the marketing team in implementing a cohesive brand message that resonates with families seeking a faith-based, family-oriented learning environment.Oversee comprehensive marketing and communication strategies across all platforms (website, social media, etc.).Manage and maintain a strong Regina brand identity.Develop effective marketing campaigns (e.g., content marketing, social media management) to attract prospective families.Conduct market research and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.Admissions Management:
Oversee the admissions process, including applications, procedures, and timelines.Collaborate with administrators on admissions programs (events, visits, orientation) to attract and convert qualified applicants.Maintain and analyze prospect data to optimize recruitment efforts and identify trends.Manage the admissions yield (confirming accepted students who will be attending).Leadership and Management:
Provide direct supervision and mentorship to the Communications Director and Special Events Coordinator.Manage the combined marketing and admissions budget effectively.Act as a liaison between the marketing & admissions team and school leadership.Communicate effectively with prospective families.Disseminate information regarding ESA and scholarship opportunities to new families.Continuously evaluate and refine the admissions program and communication strategies for optimal effectiveness.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in communications, marketing, public relations, admissions or advancement, preferably in an educational or non-profit settingBelieve in building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.Embrace the mission of Catholic education and exemplify Gospel values.Candidates should submit the following documents
