We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join our team and help create engaging, scroll-stopping Reels that connect with audiences and drive real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and internal team members to coach and guide them on camera.
- Capture high-quality content (mostly with an iPhone) and assist with light editing using tools like CapCut.
- Learn and apply social media psychology to craft content that performs.
- Communicate key messages clearly and effectively through visual storytelling.
- Embrace feedback and continuously improve based on what the audience responds to.
What We’re Looking For:
- A willingness to learn and adapt to the fast-changing world of social media.
- Strong communication and people skills—especially on camera.
- Confidence working with talent to bring out their best performance.
- A growth mindset and openness to coaching and feedback.
- Bonus points for sales experience or a background in content creation.
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable using an iPhone for shooting.
- Willingness to learn basic editing (experience with CapCut is a plus but not required).
