A boutique Honolulu PR agency is looking to add a full-time Account Executive to our team. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting projects that make a difference in Hawaii, sharpen your strategic thinking and utilize your creativity.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in public relations and a desire to pursue a career in the field. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, so must be self-directed and motivated. Responsibilities include working closely with the account lead to process client requests in a timely manner, using creative and strategic thinking in projects, and assisting with drafting, editing and research.

Preferred experience:

1. 1-2 years of public relations including copywriting, creative and strategic thinking, and appropriate oral/written communication skills.
2. Social media experience including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
3. Project management and client coordination.
4. Be located on Oahu and have a reliable form of transportation.
5. Have great attention to detail.
6. Be able to prioritize while managing multiple projects.
7. Have excellent written communication and research skills.
8. Be willing to work around deadlines.
9. Work independently.
10. Hold a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
