I.M.P is seeking a Graphic Design Manager. The Graphic Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the visual branding and style of the company, managing all art and graphic design initiatives while supervising a small team of designers. A successful candidate will be a well-organized creative leader and doer. The Graphic Design Manager reports to I.M.P.'s VP of Marketing and works closely with the company's Creative Director.
Responsibilities
Manage the conceptualization and creation of compelling and accurate marketing materials for various media including but not limited to digital, print, outdoor, and direct mail.Work closely with marketing team to ensure advertising needs are met.Maintain archive of digital ads and art materials.Create and coordinate content for venue screens.Manage approval process with various advertising and printing vendors to ensure timely, accurate printing and delivery of ad collateral.Oversee localization of concert marketing collateral.Manage art team workflow to consistently meet ad and project deadlines.Design and create informational/directional venue signage, keeping with venue aesthetic.Work with I.M.P. Creative Director to design venue merchandise, informational/directional venue signage, and other one-off special projects.Management of I.M.P. Art Internship program.Qualifications
3-5 years of experience working as a graphic designer or related position.Project management experience with the ability and desire to manage a team.Impeccable attention to detail while managing multiple projects at once.Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.Bachelor's degree (or other formal training) in graphic design or related field.Experience in music marketing a plus!Applicants should include a portfolio link upon submission of resume.
