Overview
Reporting to the Director, Marketing – Creative Partnerships, as the Manager, Marketing you will manage and support Studio and Magna Agency Ad Sales marketing accounts from end-to-end, which includes, but is not limited to:
Developing marketing strategies that leverage consumer, cultural and category insights
Collaborating cross-functionally to develop campaigns based on client objectives and utilizing assets across Comcast, NBCU, and Sky
Establishing project deliverables, and mapping out project milestones
Visual storytelling: weave insights and ideas into compelling, coherent stories using PowerPoint and other desktop design applications
Stewarding execution of sold marketing campaigns across single and multi-channel marketing solutions
Delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external advertising clients by continually communicating expectations and negotiating satisfying resolutions to operational challenges as they surface throughout the project life-cycle
Additionally, you will:
Cultivate relationships and facilitate efficient, transparent communication with internal partners: sales, creative and development teams, design, and research
Attend media/marketing calls with advertisers and/or agencies to identify client needs, lead internal briefing sessions of cross-disciplinary teams, develop response proposals ensuring content ideas are purposeful, on-brand, and on-strategy, and pitch ideas succinctly & effectively
Work with internal and external design resources to create custom design assets for pre-sale marketing materials
Collaborate on project management on Monday.com, and other systems as needed
Track performance of marketing campaigns in collaboration with research, planning, sales, and marketing
Create partnership recap/wrap up decks for renewals
Work directly with Ad Sales Finance and Sales to manage client billing for show partnerships
Collaborate and keep team informed of competitive market, industry insights, ad sales marketplace trends and potential growth areas (Movie Studio Industry Knowledge and Experience a plus)
Manage Marketing status documents, trackers and support with other administrative needs
Assist in other general administrative support as requested, i.e. create meeting agendas, distribute meeting recap notes, prize fulfillment
Qualifications:Qualifications
Four-year degree (B.A., B.S) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of professional experience ideally at an advertising, branded content, media agency, media Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through www.nbcunicareers.com to be considered
Candidate to work hybrid schedule based in Los Angeles
Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends as needed
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Salary Range:
$95,000 - $105,000, Bonus Eligible
