We are looking for someone to independently manage brand partnerships and influencer activations within the Social Team. The role includes working with multiple teams such as creative, brand partnerships, influencer, growth and business development teams to create content that showcases the breadth of content on our platform.
Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.This full-time position is based in San Mateo, CA (hybrid structure with 3 days onsite per week) and will report to the Director of Marketing, Global SocialYou will:Own the development and execution of partnerships activations, to create content with some of the most iconic brand and artists to co-market RobloxOwn the development and execution of influencer content that fuels word-of-mouth and deepens brand loveManage the execution of work through internal & external creative teams and agenciesCollaborate closely with cross-functional partners to bring these partnerships to lifeSupport measurement framework development and learning agendasYou have:5+ years of experience creating, executing, and managing brand social contentA deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube)Experience working on organic and paid social content strategiesExperience bringing to life partnerships with artists & brandsExperience working with different levels of influencers (from micro to celebrities)Experience working with creative teams and agency partnersA deep understanding of internet culture and trendsA demonstrated eye for craft and execution excellence
