Branch is continuing to grow and we are looking for a Senior ABM & Field Marketing Manager, North America who will be responsible for developing regional marketing plans, aligned to pipeline and revenue goals. This role will be responsible for building and executing regional Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and programs in close collaboration with marketing, sales teams and GTM teams.
As a Senior ABM & Field Marketing Manager, North America you'll get to:
Own and develop the regional integrated marketing plan including a strategic mix of offline and online tactics. Responsible for developing and executing programs to acquire or expand penetration into target accounts across multiple verticals, with a focus on ABM (Account Based Marketing).Lead and execute ABM strategies and programs in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Campaigns/Digital, Email Marketing, Content, Events, GTM, and Sales/ SDR teams. Partner with the teams to ensure the delivery of high impact, meaningful journeys for target accounts, mapped to journey stages.Manage target account lists, segmentation and reporting.Drive ABM and pipeline status reporting and action plans for ABM Team Pod meetings with Sales, SDRs and Marketing.Work with Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics and other teams to ensure accurate and regular reporting of marketing impact to engagement, pipeline and bookings.You'll be a good fit if you have:8+ years of enterprise (business to business), demand gen marketing experience, driving integrated marketing programs with account-based focus; B2B SaaS company preferred.Expertise with account-based marketing tools like Demandbase. Strong experience with using ABM and reporting data to develop marketing strategy, including advanced audience segmentation, personalization and targeting.Previous experience working closely with sales, marketing, and other GTM teams on marketing planning and execution.Strong data-driven and project management mindset with a bias for action, results and delivery.
This role will be based at our new Austin, TX office and in alignment with our return to office policy, this role follows our Hybrid schedule.
