We have an exciting opportunity to work in the Global G2LM team (Gastric, GU/GYN, Lung and More) as the Global Commercial Marketing Director. Reporting to the Global Commercial Head, this is a key role responsible for driving brand strategy and implementation for specific indications, providing commercial expertise to cross functional initiatives across the enterprise, collaborating with GPT (Global Product Team) for LCM and overall development strategy, partnering with markets to drive in-market success and drive best-in-class launches, and operating as one team across the alliance.Key Responsibilities
Lead creation and successful execution of a long-term brand vision and strategy, underpinned by robust insights (customer, patient, competition/future landscape).Lead on crafting high-impact global deliverables and guide team members in delivering the global toolkit for regions to accelerate performance and overcome barriers (pre/post launch).Responsible for delivery of successful launch readiness plans, including market shaping and co-positioning across the specific therapeutic area of responsibility (NSCLC, GI, GU, and/or GYN), across all franchises and across Alliance Tumor Leadership Plan, Tumor Strategy Plan, and Brand Strategic Plan.Scenario plan for different study outcomes and changes in the market, developing robust commercial assessments, strategic implications, and action plans.Responsible for setting brand ambition and securing required investments to achieve it.Support global financial processes including near- and long-term budgeting and forecasts.Develop robust business cases for R&D investments and provide commercial insight into clinical development plans.Strengthen Therapeutic Area Franchises: provide leadership to townhalls, facilitate shared learnings.Minimum Requirements
Current leadership as a driver of innovation and success in marketing (commercial experience at country level).Marketing leadership in Oncology working on growth or launch brands.7+ years of cross-functional leadership across marketing, insights, market access, medical affairs, and other functions to advance brand strategy and critical brand initiatives.5+ years of demonstrated ability in leading across regions and markets to ensure strong execution of commercial focus and consistency.Bachelor’s degree required.Executed leadership proficiencies to set direction, inspire commitment, balance short and long-term needs, and constructively resolve issues.Strong discernment and complex problem-solving skills.Preferred Requirements
Post-graduate degree in the relevant field (MD, Ph.D., MS, et al).10+ years of cross-functional leadership across marketing, insights, market access, medical affairs, and other functions to advance brand strategy and critical brand initiatives.7+ years of demonstrated ability in leading across regions and markets to ensure strong execution of commercial focus and consistency.Are you already imagining yourself joining our team?
