Overview
As the Community Activation Specialist at Teton Auto Group in Idaho Falls, Idaho, you will be responsible for developing and executing community outreach strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for our dealership. This is a full-time position. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns department, focused on promoting our brand within the local community and establishing strong relationships with potential customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with previous marketing experience in the auto industry. This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive compensation package and benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Pay range 45k-65k DOE

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community outreach initiatives to promote Teton Auto Group and our products/services within the local areas
Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to increase brand awareness and generate leads
Plan and execute events and sponsorships to reach potential customers and engage with the community
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the local market
Monitor and analyze community trends and feedback to inform marketing strategy and improve customer engagement
Represent Teton Toyota at community events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities
Utilize social media platforms and other digital channels to further promote our brand and connect with the community
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide exceptional customer experiences and foster positive relationships with customers
Track and report on the success of community activation efforts, providing recommendations for improvement as needed
This position will require 40% of traveling- Must be willing to travel one week per month
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field OR
2 years of previous experience in marketing or community event planning
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of local market and community dynamics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel for community events and meetings
