Author business documents and reports to communicate state of the business or recommend new initiatives.Identify, develop, and manage high-impact strategic marketing opportunities for Amazon MGM Studios.Act as a communication conduit between the Marketing department and both internal and external stakeholders/teams.Collaborate closely with Creative Strategy & Planning, Marketing Operations, and Franchise Management teams to manage incoming project pipelines effectively, with focus on high-priority tentpoles.Aid the HoM in identifying key business goals and ensuring that the Marketing organization meets those goals.Establish annual Studios Marketing goals, plans and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives.Execute against ad hoc projects, including creation and delivery of presentations, data management and reporting, etc.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing or related fields, or equivalent work experience.10+ years of experience engaging with senior executives, preferably in the entertainment industry.Experience working with studio departments such as Marketing, Production, Research, PR, Business and Legal affairs.Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives, often in ambiguous situations.Experience driving projects to completion through influence versus authority.Excellent communicating effectively in written and verbal form.Experience leading a cross-functional team to achieve short, medium and long-term goals.Experience with business support tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AirTable, Smartsheet.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s in Business Administration degree (or equivalent).15+ years of experience engaging with senior executives, preferably in the entertainment industry.A passion for content, brands, digital media and digital video.Strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly (verbally and written) across all levels of the organization.Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Deep understanding of the entertainment industry.Expertise in data mining, data management and reporting.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $268,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
