The
Studio Equipment Manager
is responsible for overseeing the inventory, maintenance, inspection, and setup of equipment in the Valuetainment Studio. He/She assists with the operation of equipment, and coordinates with technical specialists when necessary. The Studio Equipment Manager ensures the studio is maintained in safe and clean condition, and that the facilities are kept secure. He/She is also responsible for the safekeeping of recording equipment and supplies.
Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and setup all studio audio-visual and video equipment (e.g., cables, microphones); ensure qualityOwn the equipment strategy; recommend new equipment to acquire and existing equipment to sellManage inventory and secure storage for all studio equipmentDrive the studio's daily, weekly, and monthly goals by ensuring the right equipment is available at the right timeRespond to requests, inquiries and concerns with a sense of urgencyAssist with the hiring, onboarding and training of all studio staffHelp manage and participate in events including marketing eventsEnsure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally efficientEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleJob Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Production, Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar is ideal3+ years of experience managing studio facilitiesMust have in-depth knowledge of the equipment and facilities, and be able to perform basic maintenanceExhibit strong leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage onboarding processDemonstrated careful attention to detail
Compensation: Wage + Performance-Based Bonus, Comprehensive Benefits Package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.
