based in New Orleans/Covington with occasional travel to Tampa/ClearwaterResponsibilities:Creates visually engaging and innovative digital designs for the brands, software, and programs of the company
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative concepts and elevate the company's digital marketing channels
Enhances the company's brand identity, develops a cohesive on-brand presence, and contributes to the success of our marketing initiatives
Other job related duties as assigned
Requirements:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
Experience in designing for digital platforms, including digital ad campaigns, email campaigns, social media, and UI/UX
Video editing experience a plus
Strong understanding of layout principles
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
Ability to translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into visually compelling designs
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask to meet deadlines
Portfolio showcasing your digital design skills and creative abilities
