We are seeking a talented and experienced
Lead Floral Designer
to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented florist who is ready to lead a small team and oversee floral designs across multiple store locations. The Lead Floral Designer will manage day-to-day floral operations, from creating stunning arrangements to sourcing high-quality products and managing pricing. Responsibilities: Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and retail sales. Lead and mentor a small team of florists to maintain high design standards and efficiency. Oversee floral inventory, source fresh flowers and supplies, and manage vendor relationships. Develop and update product offerings for our in-house website. Set pricing structures for floral arrangements while ensuring profitability. Take and fulfill incoming customer orders with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace. Requirements: Proven experience
as a florist or floral designer, preferably in a leadership role. Strong understanding of floral design techniques, color theory, and seasonal trends. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality designs. Experience with inventory management and vendor relations.
