This includes knowledge of sound systems, projectors, screens, video conferencing systems, cabling, connectors, and other related components.Installation and Configuration: Proficiency in installing and configuring audio and visual systems in commercial environments. This involves setting up and connecting equipment, running cables, mounting speakers, and ensuring proper integration and functionality of the entire system.Troubleshooting and Problem-solving: The ability to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during installation or operation. This requires troubleshooting skills, logical thinking, and the ability to quickly find solutions to ensure optimal system performance.Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working with clients, understanding their requirements, and collaborating effectively with team members, contractors, and vendors. Clear communication is crucial for providing accurate instructions, addressing client needs, and coordinating installation tasks.Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to work is necessary to ensure accurate installation, cable management, and system calibration. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in A/V installation and configurationFamiliarity with A/V equipment and softwareStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAvailability for flexible hours and occasional travel to job sitesValid driver's license and reliable transportation
