We are a dynamic photography studio in Atlanta specializing in commercial, branding, and advertising photography. Our studio provides high-quality imagery for businesses, professionals, and creatives looking to elevate their brand. We are seeking two skilled part-time studio photographers to join our team and contribute to our high-energy, creative environment.

Job Description:

We are looking for talented photographers with 1-3 years of studio photography experience who are proficient in studio lighting and composition. The ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to work in a controlled lighting environment and capture high-quality, professional images. You will work on a variety of projects, including branding sessions, commercial shoots, and advertising campaigns while ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct studio-based photo sessions for branding, commercial, and advertising clients.
2. Utilize professional studio lighting techniques to achieve desired aesthetics.
3. Collaborate with the team to execute creative concepts and meet client expectations.
4. Ensure high-quality output by properly setting up lighting, cameras, and backdrops.
5. Retouch and edit images as needed, maintaining a consistent visual style.
6. Maintain studio equipment and ensure the workspace remains organized.
7. Provide a professional and engaging experience for clients during shoots.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of studio photography experience (branding, commercial, or advertising preferred).
2. Proficient knowledge of studio lighting setups (strobes, continuous lighting, modifiers, etc.).
3. Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom for basic post-production.
4. Experience directing clients and making them feel comfortable in front of the camera.
5. Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Availability for part-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience shooting for corporate brands, lifestyle campaigns, or product photography.
2. Knowledge of tethered shooting and color correction.
3. Ability to adapt to different client needs and brand aesthetics.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Opportunities for additional project-based work.
