Marketing Coordinator.
You will play a vital role in promoting and enhancing the visibility of our projects. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the industrial construction industry. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, create compelling content, and manage campaigns to drive brand awareness and business growth.Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies for industrial construction projects.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Contribute to the development of marketing plans and budgets.Content Creation:Create engaging and informative content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.Develop case studies, whitepapers, and other collateral showcasing successful industrial construction projects.Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand and messaging guidelines.Digital Marketing:Implement digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other industry-specific channels.Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Organize and execute company-hosted events to showcase industrial construction capabilities.Collaboration with Stakeholders:Work closely with the sales, business development, and project management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message.Market Research:Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and emerging trends in the industrial construction sector.Provide regular updates on market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.Brand Management:Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.Monitor and protect the company's reputation, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in industrial construction marketing or a similar industry.Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and industry trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and project management skills.Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.Health Insurance- Up to 80% of the Employee portion paidPaid Time OffHealth Savings Account (HSA) optional enrollment401k with a company match up to 4%Employee paid Dental, Vision, Life and Accident InsurancePay Range $60,000 - $80,000 annuallyWe are “Leading the Change” in the energy services industry.
