Responsibilities:Manage a growing team of talented individuals and contractors overseeing strategy, project management, copywriting, design, and video development.Work in partnership with the Americas field team to develop the editorial calendar for the Americas for all segments. Utilizing relevant topics and innovative campaign concepts, produce content best suited for the audience taking into consideration industry, region, segment, persona and funnel stage.Develop strategy and content for multiple channels including email, web, digital advertising, direct mail, social media, webinars and in-person events/trade shows.Work closely with Centric's Americas customers to develop news releases, reference materials, secure speaking sessions, and create presentations for field events.Experiment with new marketing tools (ex: web-based apps) and research creative ideas and options for the region.Ensure timely deployment of programs by managing stakeholders, budget, timelines and processes.Test tactics and messaging in order to maximize event and campaign ROI. Track performance (conversions, reads, etc.) and webinar sign ups/show ups by topic etc. Incorporate key learnings into future plans and projects.Provide strategy plans, metrics and reporting to management with the goal of meeting regional KPIs.Business unit lead generation and brand awareness. Bonus will be based on lead generation KPIs and business generated from marketing activities. Role also works with our Customer Success Team to stay close to our 800+ customer base worldwide.Qualifications:
Vertical/solution expertise. B2B enterprise software marketing experience. You are an industry expert and understand ideation to production to compliance and selling.Strategically minded, ability to execute, entrepreneurial in approachStrong communication & writing skillsAutonomous, strong leadership skills, not afraid to also manage. Strong character with grit and determination.Proven experience managing one or more team membersAt least 10-years experience.
