As a member of the Marketing Operations team, you will enable campaign execution as the expert of the Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua) and other related digital products. The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for the planning, building, and deployment of email marketing campaigns as a channel to drive attendee engagement and event registration and participation.
Email OperationsCampaign Planning: Work with the greater marketing team to gather inputs and assets needed for email campaigns, including audience identification and segmentation, campaign logic, HTML/design, email copy, analytics, etc.Email Creation: Build email templates and edit HTML, utilizing tools such as Eloqua Email Creator or Knak, including complex dynamic variables.Marketing Automation Configuration: Build email streams according to campaign logic in the marketing automation platform.Campaign Testing: Stage and test emails, quality check emails, audience/segmentation, and campaign logic.Deployment: Execute email marketing (schedule, send and measure).Quality Assurance: Monitor campaigns to ensure automation is working as designed.Reporting: Enable reporting on email marketing results (open rates, CTRs, unsubscribes, A/B test results).Campaign Optimization: Provide recommendations on opportunities to improve and optimize email effectiveness (CTAs, copy, segmentation, subject lines, format).Marketing Automation Systems DevelopmentTechnology Integration - Work with the greater marketing team for ongoing development of the Marketing Automation platform including additional integration projects with CRM and increasing capabilities with current systems.Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
