Manage multiple calendars and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient project completionSchedule cross functional meetings for the campaign teamCreate, capture, and publish clear agendas, recaps, campaign decks as assignedTrack and document action items for accurate deliverablesRefine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance speed and quality of delivery, standardizing processes for cross-discipline and cross-functional collaborationCoordinate and help maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignmentRegularly attend and participate in process meetingsLeverage on-going learnings to evolve process efficiency for Marketing and Cross-Functional partnersCollaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects and resolve timing or workload concernsSupport department leadership with special projects as required
